Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received all medical vaccinations and care appropriate for the puppy's age.  Seller will provide buyer a chart detailing any shots or treatment puppy has received.

     Validation of this guarantee requires examination of your puppy by a vet of your choice and at the purchaser's expense within 48 hours of the delivery date or 96 hours if puppy is shipped.  If buyer fails to have the vet exam done within this time period, he/she forfeits all rights for replacement for medical reasons.

     The seller guarantees the puppy until one year of age against life threatening congenital or hereditary defects.  Determination of what constitutes a congenital defect is to be made by the unanimous agreement of two unassociated veterinarians agreeable to both parties.  Cost of the opinion is to be assumed by the buyer.  If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defect, it will be replaced with the first available puppy of the same sex and value by the seller.  The original puppy must be returned at owners expense before a new puppy can be delivered.  No one may keep the original puppy.  IT MUST BE RETURNED.  The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees for the replacement puppy.  In case of death, an autopsy must be performed at buyer's expense by a licensed veterinarian to establish cause, and results sent to seller's veterinarian for review.

     This guarantee does NOT cover hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or hernias.  The puppy will be vet checked for a health certificate before it is delivered to buyer and will be checked for hernias.  Guarantee is not valid if puppy is sold to a third party.

     Our puppies are all registered with the American Kennel Club.  This puppy is to be sold as a pet.  No guarantee can be made as to disposition, confirmation, size or future breeding capability.

     Payment for puppy must be made in full at least two weeks prior to shipping.  If you are picking up the puppy, you can pay with cash or POSTAL money order only.  We do not accept other money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks at pickup time.  A $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a puppy until it is old enough to be shipped or picked up.  No puppy is considered sold until a deposit is received.  All puppies are sold with limited registration.  Breeding rights are $300 extra.

     If buyer requests delivery, it shall be by airfreight and the cost shall be the responsibility of the buyer, and must be paid before the puppy will be shipped.  If you prefer not to ship, we will meet you half way up to 150 miles.  Anything over 150 miles would be at $1.00 per mile, one way.

     This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement, promises, or inducements made by either party that is not contained in the written contract shall be valid or binding.  This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing signed by both parties and endorsed herein.  By purchasing your puppy (s), you, the buyer agree you have read, understand and accept the terms of this contract.
